Yoga – Vinyasa Flow
This is year, we’re moving getting grounded by bringing yoga classes into the mix. Yoga invites us to start that journey from within by getting to know ourselves first.
Through breath and pranayama, we learn to listen to our nervous system and the quiet language of our emotions. Through meditation, we arrive: present, grounded, and a little more at ease with who we are.
These classes hold room for each person to follow what resonates. There is no pressure, only an invitation, and a fun vinyasa flow to practice together. Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after a long time away, this is a safe space to try something new.
Andrea Sesana has always been drawn to questions that lead to a deeper understanding of herself — not through the frameworks others handed her, but from her own inner perspective. For years, she approached this quest analytically, until she discovered yoga. It opened up a completely new way of getting to know herself, and she found that deeply inspiring. Since then, she has been sharing this exploration with others. Trained in Hatha Vinyasa, Andrea weaves breathwork, meditation, and other movement practices into her teaching, creating space to explore the ins and outs of life with curiosity, presence, and connection.
